Simply download the Grooma app (iOS & Android), connect your device, and see exactly what the camera sees in real-time. Yes, the Grooma app is completely free to download and use. It is compatible with iOS 12.0 and above (iPhone, iPad) and Android 7.0 and above. The app provides live streaming, image capture, video recording, and health monitoring features — all at no additional cost.
All Grooma products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your device malfunctions under normal use within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no charge. Simply contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Orders are fulfilled from Shenzhen, China. Delivery timing may vary by destination, carrier performance, and customs handling. Free shipping begins at $59.90 for supported destinations. Once shipped, tracking details are provided when available so you can follow delivery progress.
