Each Grooma device contains a high-definition camera that streams live video to our free smartphone app via WiFi. Simply download the Grooma app (iOS & Android), connect your device, and see exactly what the camera sees in real-time. The 1000MP HD resolution ensures crystal-clear imagery for safe, precise self-care.
Yes, the Grooma app is completely free to download and use. It is compatible with iOS 12.0 and above (iPhone, iPad) and Android 7.0 and above. The app provides live streaming, image capture, video recording, and health monitoring features — all at no additional cost.
All Grooma products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your device malfunctions under normal use within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no charge. Simply contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
All Grooma orders are shipped directly from our facility in Japan. Standard delivery takes approximately 5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $80. For orders under $80, a flat shipping fee applies. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery progress.
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Grooma device within 30 days of receipt, simply contact our customer service team and we will arrange a free return and full refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in undamaged condition.
