3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, and major credit cards. Orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation.

4. Shipping Policy

Products ship directly from Japan within 24 hours of order confirmation. Free shipping is available on orders over $80. Estimated delivery time is 10-12 business days for international orders. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Grooma devices. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all accessories. Return shipping costs may apply.

6. Warranty

All Grooma devices come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
