Grooma EarSight is a personal-use hygiene product. This policy explains how Grooma handles damaged, defective, and incorrect-order cases, as well as the limits that apply to opened or normally functioning items.
Hygiene product notice
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used items that remain in normal working condition are generally not eligible for return.
When to contact us
- Your order arrives damaged
- Your order arrives defective
- You receive the wrong item
- There is another material issue with the order you received
How approved cases are handled
Approved after-sales cases are reviewed directly by our support team. Depending on the situation, Grooma may offer an appropriate resolution without requiring the item to be returned.
Non-returnable situations
- The product has been opened or used and remains in normal working condition
- The request is based on personal preference rather than a defect or fulfillment error
- The item is materially consistent with the order placed
